When two cousins each have their own queer relationships, a new type of family relationship unfolds. Unconditional mutual acceptance among peers creates an easy bridge for communication. Inspired by the director's own experiences, the film uses a table conversation as its core to discuss the Chinese queer's pursuit of freedom, protection of family, and response to collective memory.
